2009 Open Houses
We are pleased to announce the dates of our Open Houses. Please note some Open Houses are specific to particular majors at Cornish College. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP by using the online form below or by calling 800.726.ARTS.
Cornish Overview at the Main Campus Center
This comprehensive, general introduction to Cornish includes a power point presentation on the College, its six major degree programs, important information on how and when to apply for admission, and the financial aid and scholarship process. Time is allotted for questions. Includes a campus tour of Main Campus Center. Approximate time: 3 hours. RSVP is required.

Departmental Open Houses
These open houses are perfect for the student who is interested in a specific program (major) and would like to learn more about it from the Department Chair and students in the program. Includes a tour of campus. Designed to give prospective students specific information on the program and what it is like to be a student in that department. RSVP is required.
Dance Open House at Kerry Hall
- Friday, November 6th from 8:30am - 5pm
- Observe technique classes, rehearsals, and try a Modern class if you like!
Music Open House at Kerry Hall
- Sunday, November 15th from 12pm - 5pm
- Student and faculty performances, master classes, and a jam session. Bring your instrument!
Theater and Performance Production Open House at the Main Campus Center
- Saturday, November 7th from 12pm - 4:30pm
- Audition workshop, improv class, a backstage tour, and more. Come prepared to move! Complimentary tickets will be available for shows throughout the weekend.
Art and Design Open House at the Main Campus Center
- Saturday, November 21st from 10am - 2pm
- Includes a portfolio workshop to help prepare you for the admission process.
- Students are invited to bring a portfolio for a preliminary review of your work.
