Matching Gifts
Make your gift go twice as far!
How do you make your donation of $100 worth $200? Have your employer match it! Thousands of companies
and foundations in the United States currently match their employees' gifts to educational institutions
like Cornish College of the Arts. Under a corporate matching gift program, cash contributions or gifts of
volunteer time from a business's eligible employees are matched with company or corporate foundation funds.
Your employer's matching funds will make a substantial difference to Cornish, and may even upgrade your
contributor level and accompanying benefits.
Every company that matches gifts has its own guidelines for employees, spouses/partners, retirees, and
widows/widowers. The procedure is simple:
- Request a matching gift form from your employer
- Complete and submit the form to Cornish along with your donation
- Cornish will verify the completed form and return it to your employer
- Your employer will issue the matching gift contribution to Cornish
